HKC GSM Line Fault

    Hi,

    Every time I put on the alarm I get a beeping noise and the log shows GSM Line Fault. I emailed the payment end of HKC to see if there was a problem with payment and they said that the new app on the phone was causing issues and that they would be sorted soon.

    I think this might be unrealated though? It's annoying to have the alarm on at night now.

    Any thoughts?

    Although HKC are still having issues with connecting into the server from the app it should not be giving you the line fault so I am assuming the software on the panel and GSM could be the issue.

    Id advise updating this.
