I have been taking walks down here recently To the right of Frank McManus Memorial South Hide there is a field and a wooded area (I overlaid a red box in the screenshot below) and it seems like this charity operate there - Question: Is this area - private or a part of the reserve?

I think all of the area is part of the reserve, maybe contact Fingal to confirm.
