Just looking for suggestions for best place to get car mats.

I have a Seat Ibiza FR and have used a number of different mats. I find that the carpet ones tend to rip easily with my use.

I prefer that leather ones for this reason but I can never find ones that have the fittings for my Ibiza.

Any suggestions where to find them?

    Thanks

Or do you mean leather car seat covers?

Apologies, I mean leather car mats.

The current ones I have slip and move cos they dont have fasteners that clip on to the connections on the floor.

Are you certain they are leather?

Never heard of a leather car mat myself.

    Like these ones?

I've only ever seen them on Aliexpress and the like. Never seen them in person.

I’ve gotten custom fit mats with clips off eBay from an English company before. Coincidentally for my Ibiza FR when I had it, good quality and wore really well. Donated to the MIL for her standard Ibiza when I sold it and they were still in great nick after 8 years.

JVL Homeware Solutions on eBay is who I used.

I've ordered mats from https://primeeva.com/ before and they are great. They manufacture in Ukraine (or at least did 2 years ago when I placed my last order) so orders can get delayed. I've been very happy with them so far and I have 2 kids and a wife spilling all sorts on them! I had no import duty when shipping to Austria as I think they actually post from Poland.

    They don't ship to Ireland.

Look great alright. But I can see those little honeycomb pits getting filled up with muck and water during the eh… spring, summer, autumn, winter time.

That is what I was thinking, won't the ones from Ukraine be for LHD cars?

They do but that's kinda the point. Better the dirt is in there than anywhere else. I take them out every now and then and knock em about to get the dry dirt out. Far easier than vacuming carpet. When the wife spilt a whole redbull, it was contained in the honeycomb structure, not schlossing around. Then I just hosed it down. No soap needed and it wasn't sticky after.

Sorry if they don't ship to Ireland, I'm out foreign for a while now but thought they would.

Apologies for piggybacking on your thread, OP - but does anyone know is it possible to just get a driver's mat for a car? I'm the only one driving my car, I have a hole worn in the mat, and I'm almost through the bit of Ikea mat I put under it to stop myself excavating the actual lining….. all three other mats are practically virgin, so buying 4 seems like an awful waste!

Exact same problem on my i40.

Might have to buy 4 mats to replace 1.

maybe they don't make RHD models. I never had to think about it. Shoot them an email, I found them responsive when I asked why my delivery was taking so long. It was then I found out they manufacture in Ukraine and I felt bad about complaining! Maybe their mats are cross compatible with LHD and RHD.
