I've just bought a 2018 e class, and couldn't connect android auto. Mercedes helpline said its because of Vodafone.

It's very hard to receive calls on it as well. Every time I press the phone icon from steering wheel when a call is coming, they can't hear me over car bluetooth. If I pick up from the phone, then they can easily hear me over car bluetooth microphone.

Any advice / insight will be highly appreciated, thanks
