Is there any lads that will take shot deer in maynooth/celbridge area and will cold store/hang and butcher your deer for you .Not talking about a commercial operation for public consumption . i know of a few in wexford area but any closer to maynooth ?

I don't think it's allowed.
All butchers need traceability of their animals, and the fear of cross contamination from your deer carcass

Only reason i ask is because i am aware of a few lads in the southeast that will take in a deer (for private consumption not out to the general market) and you collect you meat in steaks etc after
