Where can I purchase Investment trusts JAM and FCIT rom Ireland?

I have been unable to purchase investment trust shares on Degiro and IBKR for some time now, namely JAM and FCIT. I was advised that the KID has not being updated. Is it possible to purchase JAM or FCIT on trading 212 or any other brokers?

Just curious why do you ask it that way? Is T212 not reliable? I would have thought ICS/ICF protection applies up to a certain limit.

That's what I'm asking! I presume it is. But from what I see on the social side of the app, a lot of people seem to be trading rather than investing. I could be incorrect.

I get what you mean alright.. I supposed those protection would be somewhat limited so best to spread it around different brokers.. I do use T212 myself for trading alright.. It is in the name after all Trading212 😄

Yeah me too. But if you're buying FCIT and JAM it's a long term thing. I can't get JGGI on IBRK so T212 is my option.

Both are on IBKR too, not as friendly an interface but i've found orders to buy and sell stocks on there seem to get filled faster than on T212 and IBKR has been around a good while.

They do but the back-end order process is very convoluted, its is not through the IBKR platform directly but through third parties, there are threads on this on Reddit which go into the nitty gritty details IIRC, its anything but straightforward. I have accounts on both and for the exact same IT's there is a world of difference in filling orders and sales.

Its not just IT's also, I recall once instance where I wanted to sell FSLR at the current real-time asking (I could see bids at a certain price) and it didnt fill until i dropped below the real-time asking, that simply doesn't happen on IBKR (or Degiro either in my experience with them previously to be fair), i simply cannot explain it, its like there is a lag or some kind of queue managing that lowers your priority favouring other brokers or something??
