HSE payscales

    Can someone please help me understand what payscale I'm on.

    I started working in 2023 on point 7 of the clerical officer scale (31,279) but when I look at the payscale chart from 2023 I can't figure it out as it's all grades and there's no figure there that's the same as mine so I can't even gauge it by salary .

    There were 2 pay scales in 2023, and you can Google them, as you can see before the Grade IV is the CO grade, hope this helps

    Would I be right in thinking that my salary amount should be somewhere on the chart, or is it that a person's salary can fall anywhere between the horizontal amounts?

    Also, so I'd be following the CO and not the graded sections?
