I am building extension to my house att the minute. 9 inch block on flat with 200mm Eps external.

I see from Kores website to place starter track 150mm above DPC.

But I don't see why I can't have it at the same level as the DPC, which comes out at FFL.

    Any advice?

As it's an extension, are you working off the new-build or retrofit design guide? Is the original house also being wrapped?

    The original will be wrapped.

    Working. Off new build design

The "starter track" being the galv steel base rail as identified as item 15 on page 4 of the below?

    https://www.kore-system.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/KORE-External-nZEB-Design-Guide-New-Build-20190608-1.pdf

If so, then I only see this in regards to the DPC and plinth…

…that would imply that the galv steel rail starts at the DPC, no?

    Oh, very good 10-10-20.

I don't know what I was looking at now. Must have been a retrofit guide perhaps.

    Thank you very much.

Does anyone know where to buy this starter track and glues for the boards?

    Am in North Longford.

    I bought mine from www.magicdepot.ie

They are based in Cork but they delivered to my house in Kilkenny.
