House hunting for a place to rent in Cork - what sort of "bio" are estate agents looking for?

All places want a bio when you email them.

How much info do you think they need?

I just say something like the below. Am I missing any important information? Maybe our ages? We're in our 30s. I guess that a good thing right?

Hi there,

My partner and I are interested in viewing this property.

We have a combined income of €xxxxx. I work for X, she works for Y. We don't smoke and don't have pets nor want them, and we are very tidy.

We both have rental and work references available, and we can move in as soon as your property is ready.

I would love to request a viewing at your convenience.
