I've been researching options for building a garden room (approx 5x3m) which can act as a small home gym and also have a small separate section to use as a shed/storage area. We would like a plastered/rendered or composite cladding external finish + concrete foundation.
Most of the standout companies online I find very expensive. Would anyone have any experience of hiring independent contractors to do this work i.e. laying concrete foundation, timber framed walls + insulation, doors & windows, electrics & wiring etc.
