I am looking at buying a 2017 car. Dealer told

Me that there was damage to the front bumper previously. This shouted up he told me in the cartel/motor check report . I presume it went through insurance to fix it. I did a green light check. Car is listed as roadworthy. It’s not a category a or b…just wondering if I can get more detail on this from someone. He also told me he will be issuejng an engineers report with the car.cat was imported from UK in 2020. Any advice appreciated. Car is in Dublin and I’m down the country so probably not gonna check it out until I am sure . Any advice?
