    Following lobbying by the Dublin City Traders Alliance (mainly carpark owners), Dublin City Council officials are considering deferring implementation of parts of the Dublin City Centre Transport plan. This will impact negatively on cyclists, pedestrians and public transport users. If you are around town this evening, there will be a protest outside City Hall in support of the plan at 5.30.

    No huge but noisy! Good to see the Greens and Social Democrats well represented. Shortly before the protest, the City CEO agreed to meet the organisers despite being too busy a day before.
