Is this a fair price?

Got a quote for some work we’re looking to have done and want to see if it’s in the right ballpark.

Without going into too much detail, it’s a 27sqm extension to a semi-d in Dublin, for a kitchen, extended living room as well as utility space and WC. We’re also converting a ~13sqm garage into an internal room, and opening an internal wall (and adding pocket doors).

There’s steel work required for the extension and internal wall, a window to replace the garage door, and a lift and slide door at the back.

We’ve been quoted roughly €100k for a builder’s finish. Price includes insulation of garage and ext, plumbing, wiring etc, and the downstairs toilet but it doesn’t include the kitchen (not sure about flooring either, waiting on word back).

would that be good, bad or somewhere in the middle?
