Hi, just a query. I'm about to purchase a car under the drivers/passengers with disabilities scheme. Car will come in minus tax and vrt. States I have to keep said motor for a minimum of 2 years before selling/trading. My question is if I keep it for 2 years and trade up does my car assume it's normal market value even though it didn't originally come in with vrt ot tax on it ?

    TIA
