Woodquay Bailick Road in Middleton - flood risk?

Will my car get washed away in a flood every year? It's about 2 meters from the water and one meter above the water level.

Do you actually know the area or are you just looking at the map like me and guessing the place will be flooded?

Its the highest tide that you need to worry about down there , thats pretty much the Harbour not a river ,

The road near there does flood at spring tide, , but its regular and quantifiable, and you won't be flooded in ,

But remember, your buying something thats less than 1 meter above sea level , find out what the highest ever water level was , ( so spring tide coinciding with a storm blowing up the harbour ,at the same time as a flood water out of midleton ,

and then worry about sea-level rise , but a meter should be loads,

I am not sure on the exact sport at those apartments, but the road is closed for flooding a few times a year.

Thanks but it's not great. Can't zoom in on the street so I can't even find the house. Wood Quay apartments, Bailick Road doesn't exist either if you search for it.
