Physio recommendation for sore knee from running

I've upped my training recently and my IT band issue has resurfaced again.

In the past i had a physio that really worked and would give me months of relief before needing another session but they have moved away since.

Has anyone recommendations?, preferably someone that can really give a strong/deep muscle leg massage (which seems to be the only thing that resolves it).

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/
