Dublin Port - Any sign of onshore power being installed so ships can use shore power

    I read something about the latest extension being "wired" for onshore power (Cold Ironing) but wonder why the delay or do all ships have to be fitted to take onshore power and more so regular shipping to the port for it to worth installing the power point. Considering the lower cost vs even bunker fuel and the cut in emissions it offers.
