Is Drone jamming tech legal in Ireland?

Anyone got any info on legal rights to stopping drones overflying / videoing on your land?

I don't have a definitive answer but after reviewing Ireland's aviation laws, drone jamming appears to be a legal grey area. While you have a reasonable expectation of privacy on your property, intentionally interfering with aircraft could risk penalties. Your best options may be contacting the operator politely to request they don't fly over your land, or as a last resort, reporting any illegal surveillance attempts to the appropriate authorities. Maybe some signage making your preference clear might help avoid issues too.

Not a good idea, some drones are large enough to be hazardous and you don't want those to land on your prorperty, i.e. fire hazard from LiPo batteris commonly used by large drones or people getting injured by drone rotors that can be very sharp when spinning. Talking from own experience with drones.
