Hawk NVR recorder boot loop

HI!! I'm having issues with my cctv box, it's a Hawk NVR recorder. It seems to be stuck in a boot loop. I changed the BIOS battery and tried a new drive. I've tried searching for the appropriate firmware but I'm not having any luck. Has anyone here had any lucking in flashing this particular box?
