    Hi,

    For anyone familiar, specifically in relation to Family Law in District Court.

    With respect to forthcoming cases, can court approved media be privy to names of applicants/respondents?

    I understand Family Law is confidential.

    I am just asking if they can see, names, sitting dates, accusations. Albeit still bound to confidentiality.
