Order of Merit

    Good morning all,

    I just received an email the other day about my interview results and it says I placed 16 in order of merit.

    I’m just wondering what this means and if there’s any time frame I can expect to be waiting for the fitness test?

    Any replies would be appreciated.

    It means you have the sixteenth highest aggregated score of applicants. The results of your stage 1 and your interviews added together and compared to everybody else. You are 16th highest.

    When I applied it was less than 8 weeks between results and the physical. I can't remember exactly. You will be in the first batch of applicants invited to pick a date for your pct
