Looking at replacing current car. Looking at a few dealers sites there's lots of 7-9year old cars with very low milage. Would this be a common thing??

I mean yeah of course its common for some 7-9 year old cars to be low mileage? What do you consider low mileage? What type of cars are you looking at? Petrol automatics? They will be Japanese imports which are usually low mileage
