DID.ie phone and email support non existent

I have an order in for an item- paid for. Absolutely no indication yet of delivery date and it’s over 1 week now. The contact phone number is never answered - 25 minutes of hold music - online bot worse than useless - this has happened every day this week- no response to emails either. My advice is- avoid buying online…

My advice is- avoid buying online from DID.ie if at all possible- if there’s any issue with delivery or if delivery is delayed, you won’t be able to speak to anyone
