    I moved from NI to the Republic.. I brought the car, when doing the papers to register the vehicle here I realised that I do not have the V5C, nor the confirmation of conformity.. I am really stuck.. I don’t know what to do. I cannot regather the vehicle, cannot sell it, cannot use it..

    it really is annoying, the dvla never answers the phone, please help
