Gifting a Rammstein Ticket Question

Hi folks,

I booked two tickets to see Rammstein on Jun 23.
I have decided not to go, it is the same day as my son's birthday.

I want to give my ticket a pal, who didn't manage to get one.
Currently transfer is unavailable on the ticketmaster website.

Will transfer be available closer to the time.
Or can I just give him a screenshot of the QR code?
What are my options here?

BTW there is no sale here, I making no money, out of this - losing money now I think about it.

If there's no transfer available and it's a friend, you could always give them your Ticketmaster log in details.

They'll allow transfer a few days before, they always do

Screenshots of the QR don't work now, as the code refreshes regularly

If you wanted to sort it sooner you could log on to your TM account on his phone and add the ticket to his Google/Apple wallet, then log out again

I’ve done that before, just logged in on their phone and deleted any payment methods before hands. Next day changed password on account.
