I have an iPhone 11 for private use and an android for work. Both on three business. Any difficult you can see or downside to moving the three work on to the iPhone as an eSIM? Any advice appreciated

I've a 14 Pro Max with a VF eSim and an Eir sim, only issue I've noticed is battery draining faster, polling the 2 networks is probably why, other than that it's easier than carrying two handsets
