Foireann Groups disappearing

Anyone seeing their groups/teams disappearing for no reason? Have seen it a couple of times now. Pain in the hoop adding everyone back in. From what I can see, you have to go into the group, select the delete group option and then confirm so its not like it can be done by accident.
