Anyone else having problems getting click & collect to work? All items in my basket are available for click & collect but the site keeps saying its not available for my eircode. I dont want it delivered but rather to pick it up in the Ballymun store. But the website keeps directing me to a €10 home delivery charge. Have tried several random eircodes but it keeps saying pick up is not available for them.

they only have a certain amount of slots per day, and they fill up quick.

Also when I used it previously it wasn’t same day, it was often arranged for collection in a few days time, for example order on a Wednesday for collection on the Sunday.

ok right thanks for the information. In my case its not even letting me see a day to choose for collection so Im guessing this 20% off sale has overloaded them and now click & collect basically isnt available. For me anyway at the shopping cart it just keeps saying 'pick up not available for your Eircode' and offering a €10 home delivery option instead. Ive tried three eircodes in three different counties and it says the same every time.

Its a bit frustrating, like I could get it delivered but the delivery cost eats up the discount sale savings and then I have to go to the Ballymun store anyway to get a large item that they dont deliver. So without click & collect available theres no discount.

thanks, I tried again last night at 8pm and managed to get a slot for Monday at 5pm. Only thing is theres no way Im going near the M50 at 5pm on a Monday, its just not worth the hassle of sitting in traffic for that long. So will head there Tuesday lunchtime instead, hopefully will be alright.

I got a a slot today from 10-12 (reserved Friday evening). Only got the confirmation email it was ready at 11. Most of a half hour at the click & collect after checking in before I got the stuff. Sunday can be a bit manic anyways so no harm if the Monday/Tuesday works for ye.

Got my order in at 11.30 last night. 😁

Delivery €60.

Ikea are doing some sort of upgrade.

Parking spaces are impacted but mostly the baby/family spots.

I was there at 11 parking was fine, but there's no pedestrian access to the parking bays once you come out of the collection lift....you have to go right down to the very end (unless you chance dropping the trolley over the kurb) and then double back....it was grand but something to be mindful of if bringing kids/anyone not steady on their feet etc.
