Hi there - thanks for reading.
I have the above linked pump for about 11 years. It's on a smart plug so I can turn it on & off easily enough and it's generally only used for showers in the attic. When water is not running it would always remain silent.
Recently though it turns itself on/off every few seconds (if no water running). It works fine when water is running.
What would be the cause of this? I'm assuming either a small leak somewhere (non visible) or else the motor is on it's way out.
Anyone with any experience of this happening?
