Will folding mirror fail MCT

My passenger side wing mirror isn't folding on locking.Theres no power going to it either so you can't tilt or move the actual mirror from inside the car. My question is will it pass the NCT like this? I'm going to get it sorted so the other mirror doesn't fold in either just to have them matching. I've had 2 mechanics and…

Folding mirrors are a luxury optional extra, it'll have no problem passing the NCT

Folding mirrors is not an NCT requirement.
I presume you can adjust it ( manually is ok) to see behind you properly.

One of mine is jammed, not an issue as not a requirement to fold.
The glass has to be moveable but electronics or even an internal mover are not required
