Am replacing a smart switch with a manual, Dual Immersion Switch (Sink/Bath)

I have L-in, N-in, Earth from mains board. L1 and L2 are the elements Out, N-out and Earth.

Do I still need to connect L-out with Common?

    Thanks

EDIT: Found this to clarify it for me, Yes is the answer.

Would this be compatible with a dual immersion? It looks like both elements will be on together, does this matter, or is it just using more electricity?

That's a single channel device - one live in, one live out, one neutral in, one neutral out. If you have a dual immersion with a Sink/Bath switch, the timer needs to be upstream from the switch ….

    Mains feed — Timeguard wi-fi timer — Sink/Bath switch — immersion elements

    https://www.timeguard.com/products/wi-fi/wi-fi-switches/fstwifitu-wi-fi-controlled-fused-spur-tuya-edition

It will act as a timer but you'll have to manually switch between Sink and Bath. Also note that the service is controlled by a cloud server in the UK and if the server goes down at the weekend, you could wake up on a Monday morning to no hot water - happens about once a year.

If you install it by itself i.e. without a Sink/Bath switch, you'll have to decide if you want Sink or Bath, wire it accordingly and you'll be stuck with your choice. If you wired both elements (potentially 5 kW), you'd overload the device, it's rated for a max of 13 amps.

If you want a dual channel immersion timer, you can find them but, in this part of the world, they are all restricted to (UK) Economy 7 off-peak times for Bath and your choice of times for Sink. That's my experience when scouring the web for immersion timers.
