Sourcing Pork and Lamb and mushroom stock cubes

Hi,

Aside from getting them from Amazon and paying a huge delivery fee I'm at a loss to find them.

Tescos UK sell them

I need Pork stock to make ramen

Mushroom stock is devine in Spag bol

Lamb stock sounds interesting ....

All you get is the usual boring Chicken, veg and beef in the supermarkets ....

Ive yet to try an Asian shop but that may be the answer ...

I haven't come across pork stock.

Yes, Tesco sell lamb stock gel pots, they're good.

Mushroom stock, I haven't come across, but dried porcini are available.

My wife just told me that her source of mushroom stock cubes is the Asian market. Specifically, a place called 'ingredients' in finglas.

These used to be available pre COVID.

Really lovely. Still available in UK. It's bizarre Kallo do a varied range but stopped mushrooms

Lamb - got it at a big Tesco

Mushroom - can be got at little Italy in Smithfield

Pork - still trying to source but as Meatloaf would say

For pork stock I got pork bones in Polonez Font hill. I roast them until they are very very brown then put them in the slow cooker over night. No stock cube will come anywhere near it.
