I read (2 years ago) online that the Safe Pass Course covers me for Manual handling, if the Instructor was Fetac Level 6.

I can't find where I read than now.

Does anyone if that is the case or if it has changed since?

No they are two separate things - Safepass is just a minimum requirement to access a building site.

Manual handling is quite common now so shouldnt be too hard to find a training provider

Manual handling course should be covered by the employer. It is after all designed to reduce the employer's liabilities in any litigation.

Can 100% confirm as a Construction Employer that Manual Handling and Safe Pass are seperate and we need both if you are to work.
