Outlook is very very slow to load - I am thinking it is related to Add-ins, but I cannot find where to disable - I have been trying - File - Manage Add-ins - this takes me to the web based MS site, but I cannot see an option to disable Add-ins? Any help appreciated. The loading profile task is fast but the processing is slow, which suggests that I may need to disable Add-ins?

Close outlook Win+R keys type: outlook.exe /safe and hit enter , select your profile from list to load. This will start outlook in safe mode (all add-ins disabled)

Close outlook
