How to find out the named owner of a business and premises

Hello, My sister is separated from her husband 12 months now. When they were together she thinks she signed forms to put her name on his business , however is there any way for us to find out if her name is still on the business and its premises etc. Plus any debts there maybe. Hope I’ve put this on the right forum
