    My child was booked in here. We had heard nothing from them about her settling in period and spent days ringing to no avail. It eventually transpired they had been closed down. We were given a very vague explanation on this, something about incorrect paperwork but I've always been suspicious as they had two other branches at this point so surely knew the legal requirements inside out. They didn't reopen for at least another 12 months. It was really annoying as we were suddenly without childcare 2 weeks before I was due back to work.

    More recently there were reports of minders taunting a crying child in the outdoor area. This was witnessed by someone working in a neighbouring building who could hear it and took a recording as it was so upsetting. I've heard the recording. It wasn't nice. It was reported to crèche management at the time.
