Hi all,
As mentioned in the title, my Eir fibre broadband is down and has been for 11 days. Massively annoying as we have become very reliant on it for business and pleasure. I'm ringing Eir everyday and NBI every second day. Today I was finally told that a pole needs to be repaired/replaced by Open Eir and that they are waiting for the council to give permission. Is there anything else I can do or do I just wait this out?
