RGB-PI rolling vertical screen

Anyone running an RGB-pi in their jamma cabinet ? I'm using the official OS4 build and I get a rolling vertical screen. I can just about get it steady on the pots, but then it goes again at the slightest touch or even switching between games. I've confirmed nothing wrong on my end, tested numerous boards and even ran the pi2jamma hat instead, while this produces a stable picture, the colors are inverted.

Might be an obvious one but I had this issue with my MiSTercade and it was down to my MiSTer SD card image being configured for a 31k monitor and not 15k.

Does RGB PI have anything similar?

As an aside, I hadn't really hard of this project before, looks really great.

Hey man - the image is setup to auto change depending on what you are in. So for the menu section, its 15k and then depending on the game it will auto change to whatever refresh is required. Its really well done.

The vertical hold seems to be in the OS, i suspect the pi's config.txt - I even recongised a few names from here on the RGBPI Discord, so was hoping someone had some pointers :)
