Hi all, Trying to work with a builder to cost out a timber garden Room/ office. He's not committing to anything until he's sure whatever is spec'd would be sure to be well insulated. Anyone any knowledge of what size and type of insulation should be used as part of the concerete foundation and for the stud walls. I know…

Hi all,
Trying to work with a builder to cost out a timber garden Room/ office.
He's not committing to anything until he's sure whatever is spec'd would be sure to be well insulated.
Anyone any knowledge of what size and type of insulation should be used as part of the concerete foundation and for the stud walls.
I know cavity block Walls use 110mm and 150mm for the floor so wondering if this is same for timber builds ?
