Info on when the next open competition for Executive Officer role I

Hi,

I’ve recently just finished college and I’m wondering if there is going to be an open competition for executive officer this year. I see a forum for the 2023 one is still active. If any has any info I’d greatly appreciate it. Many thanks!

A new competition should start in the next month or so I'd imagine. You're basing it off the 2022 competition as that's the usual one, the 2023 competition you're referencing is a Dublin specific competition to supplement the original comp as I assume they got through the number of applicants. Keep an eye out on Public Jobs every few days :)

I just double checked, on P1 of the 2022 comp someone asked how long it ran for someone answered that it was due to expire in June 2024. So they'll definitely be putting up an advert pretty soon :)
