    Hi everyone,

Stuck in a bad position at the moment. Have a site on family land, was farmed by my father who passed away and now me, although it’s in my grandparents name.

Have planning approved mortgage approved, but I am being told I won’t be able to drawdown until site is in my name? As there was no wills left solicitor is telling me this will take at least 12 months?
is there anyway of drawing down funds while this process is going on? Unfortunately I’m not in a position to wait 12 months to start.
    thansk
