What are the best places in the city to get organic fruit and veg?

The market on Saturdays has plenty of people selling their own produce.

There is also a fruit and veg shop on upper William street. O'Neills I think it's called

Urban Co-op is probably the best place for local Organic veg

Urban Co-op the best for "certified" organic for selection. Eats of Eden will have a small selection of fruit and veg along with loads of other organic stuff.

Pick of the Crop near Watchhouse Cross and O'Neills on William St. are both very good "fresh from the farm" dedicated fruit and veg shops but I couldn't say whether or not they are fully organic.

And the Milk Market will have both kinds of the above on a Saturday.
