Remote working hubs ballysimon

There are a couple of references online to remote working hubs in around ballysimon but hard to get a reply from them. Anyone used them recently? Would appreciate any info anyone has.

As far as I know there are not any, the closest would be in Castletroy, there is Ducart offices there, expensive and not nice to deal with….and also I think there is a place opposite the Hurlers bar….
