Dog trainer for reactive pup Dublin northside

hi, I have a 9 month old GSD pup who is reactive to other dogs when we have her out for walks. I wouldn’t say she’s aggressive, I think it’s more anxiety based. Are there any reputable dog trainers who are qualified for this specific issue that are based Northside of Dublin? thanks!
