Nice Hotel with decent food - City or Close to City (Small Wedding)

Can anyone recommend a nice (but not crazily expensive) hotel with great food that could cater for a wedding meal for around 25 people in or close to the city centre?

Ideally somewhere with parking (or nearby parking) as some relations have mobility issues so I need to minimize the traipsing around, and some might also book rooms in the hotel.

A private room for the meal would be ideal, but also not a complete neccessity either.

    Thanks in advance!

Nor far from city centre - Clontarf Castle. Parking shouldn't be an issue there.

In city centre - Radisson Blu Golden Lane. Their "sky bar" maybe, have been to some work functions there. Parking would be more limited there.
