Anyone got advice for who could fix a leaking Joule system? (Apparently Joule don't do service jobs)

I heard a bang and leaking water sound and found a pipe had disconnected from the device above it (white pipe in the middle isn't attached to brass fitting in photo). The blue glycol poured out and came through ceiling below. Thankfully there was a socket below it which tripped the switch when it got wet and shut down the system, or it would have been much worse.

We moved in 2 years ago and no trouble up to now, but with this we are now without hot water. I could try and just pop it back in but worried it would just leak again. Who usually fixes these things, as we need the whole system serviced as pressure may be too low now too.
