3 arena wheelchair area

Are seats available in the wheelchair user area at the 3 arena? My parents have tickets in the disability area for an upcoming concert- mum is wheelchair user, dad is not, but he’s elderly so will also need a seat. I’m assuming there must be space for carers but the website isn’t very clear! Thanks
