Eir mobile broadband not working

    I have topped up with Eir Broad and worked fine on my phone

    When a guest tried to sign in it I'd ask them to top up?Anyone have this issue and how to fix?

    It's possible your data plan did not activate. So when you initially connected it was using your top up credit.

    You ran out of credit, so your guest is getting the message to top up. Contact your mobile provider, they'll be able to confirm if the plan is active.

    Thanks I topped up on the Saturday was working fine for myself and guest.The following day would not work for guest.The credit was not used up in that time frame.
