    1120 Connolly/Belfast is not having a good day. Being removed from service upon arrival in Belfast.

    Part of or all of the 1405 & 2005 ex Belfast and the 1650 & 1900 ex Dublin will now be non-Enterprise.

    A train/carriage is a train to me. Once it's on the Enterprise schedule I'm happy enough.

    what is the reason for the substitutes mentioned in the opening post?

    the dd stock seem to be having a bad time of it in recent times all though with it being a small and older fleet i guess it's just more noticible.

    ticking a box on a form does not make you of a religion.

    Failures vary - could be loco issue or something else on the Enterprise set.

    IE ICE substitutes for Enterprise stock are rubbish for First Class passengers - one tiny carriage (and the consequent overcrowding), 2+2 seating (and crap seats at that) . . . I'll be travelling NI/south by coach until IE can get their act together.

    Due to a train fault, the 12:35 from #Belfast to #Dublin departed 70 minutes late.

    ℹ️ This service is being operated by a non-Enterprise train. There will be no first class available and catering is reduced.

    It went so badly wrong on Sunday evening;

    The 1705 Belfast - Connolly only left Portadown at 1951 (135 minutes late)!!!
    The 1600 Connolly - Belfast arrived in Belfast at 2101 (173 minutes late)!!!
    The 1905 Belfast - Connolly was formed by the DD off 1105 which arrived at 2208 in Dublin.
