    Looked legit on first sight, but…

    URLs all point to addresses ending with quadientcloud.eu

    Correct name, email address used, and a/c number referenced, which would also lead me to think that there's been a data breach too.

    No, that's legit. You do raise a good point, but it's one of the perils of sending mass email.
